Saudi Arabian club Al Shabab have confirmed the termination of head coach Vitor Pereira contract, paving the way for him to take charge of Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Saudi Arabian Professional League side Al Shabab have announced they have parted ways with Pereira, terminating his contract to pave the way for the Portuguese coach to ply his trade in the Premier League with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
According to Sky Sports, Wolverhampton Wanderers, a Premier League club, has reached an agreement with Pereira to take over as their new head coach following the dismissal of Gary O’Neil.
Pereira, 56, has previously managed Flamengo, Fenerbahçe, Olympiacos, Porto, and several other clubs.
Wolverhampton reportedly agreed to compensate Al Shabab and finalize personal terms with Pereira, who is expected to sign a one-and-a-half-year contract.
Sky Sports, a British media outlet, reported that Wolverhampton have agreed a compensation package for Pereira with Al Shabab, expected to be over £800,000, and have also reached an agreement with the Portuguese coach. The contract is expect to last for 1 and a half years, or until the end of the 2025-26 season.
